New! Virtual Sessions with Mark

Mark is now offering two free 30-minute virtual sessions for each client.

 

These sessions can consist of any of the following:

 

  • Conversation / consultation about your injury and/or fitness goals.

 

  • Virtual instruction for exercises, self-myofascial release and stretching.

 

  • Counselling / coaching on how to overcome the psychological impacts or impediments to managing your injury and staying healthy while having to social distance.

 

With over 17 years of experience as well as a Masters in Social Work, Mark is looking for new ways to merge his areas of expertise, passions and skills to support my clients in this difficult and unpredictable time.
