Mark provides customized Active Release and Medical Massage sessions for injury recovery and prevention, pain relief and sports performance. First sessions will include a thorough intake which includes a postural and movement assessment to help identify what underlying factors may be contributing to one's symptoms. Home exercises are often a central part of the client experience in order to create sustainable results.
