Personal Training Overview

Mark's training programs combine custom on-site workouts and home routines that are tailored to your specific needs and goals. With structure and regular guidance that is both fun and varied, Mark ensures you reach your fitness goals and exceed them. Mark works with all age and fitness levels, including those with current or past health issues, trauma, and injury.

Mark's approach to Personal Training is all about customization, injury prevention, sustainable fitness and goal-specific training. Mark meets you where you are at and considers all your orthopedic, fitness, demographic and lifestyle variables in order to craft workouts and programs that truly address your needs safely, effectively and sustainably. Whether you want to train with him once a week for a month, twice per week for six months or just until your pain is gone, Mark will get you where you want to go. It's all about YOUR fitness and orthopedic goals. Mark helps clients transition from physical therapy to optimal fitness, works with others to lose weight, has a lot of experience with prenatal and geriatric populations, trains clients with a history of back pain and joint replacements and so much more. 

​In addition to Mark's specialization in Corrective Exercises and Post-injury Rehabilitation, which is an approach that allows you to safely make the transition from physical therapy and other rehabilitative therapies to optimal health and fitness, he also has a broader lens and expertise in overall fitness. This encompasses strength training, targeted fat burning, nutritional consultation, high-intensity interval training and traditional cardiovascular exercises.

Some of what further distinguishes Mark from your average Personal Trainer is his advanced knowledge of the body, attention to detail, commitment to safety, years of experience working alongside healthcare professionals and Mark's unique skills as an advanced medical Massage Therapist to complement his Personal Training sessions.
